Just another random stranger on the internet, interested in "communication".
For private communication, newsletters, or directives from management; email works fine. Communication involving small group communication, or actual collaboration, needs something more.
Social media is getting us there, and while there are concerns over privacy and abuse; you need to be involved to help figure it out.
